Hello everyone. This girl was just starting her account and saw high heels as avitars. It got her thinking that she hasn't seen any topics really discussing them.

First, this slave should tell you a little about her situation. she has been living with her master for close to 7 months now in a 24/7 realationship. One requirement that Master has is that His pet must wear high heels all the time. (Technically not all the time, she is allowed to take them off in the shower of course and during her daily exercises, which include stretching her calfs, she wears regualar tennis shoes.) This slave does end up wearing her heels almost 22 hours a day though. The minimum height Master's pet is allowed to wear is 4" and that is the norm for her. Although she does have some higher ones and even 6" ones. (The 6" ones are still hard on this girl, but Master is trying to train me.) When this girl first moved in with Master, the heels were very hard to wear because she was not used to them. This slave's calfs ached and she needed frequent breaks. Now this girl can wear them without much trouble at all and it actually feels a little strange when she is flat footed. You may have noticed that 22 hours would include the night. Yes, girl has not been asleep without shoes for over 5 months now. (When she sleeps in the bed with Master, He chains my ankles away from Him because He doesn't "want to be kicked by a naughty restless slave")

Master says his slave needs to be in heels this much because it makes her legs and butt tight and makes her walk sexy. What this girl really wants to know; Has anyone else has similar experiences to mine? Or at the very least do any Masters/Doms or slaves/subs fantisize about high heels 24/7? This girl was interested in hearing about someone else like her.

P.S. If something like this is ever done, you need very very well made shoes with good padding in the toes. This slave has 7 pairs and they were all very expensive.

yep. it's called a fetish. i am kept in heels in Master's presence and whenever practical. To Master, the heels are as symbolic as my collar. When i am told to sleep in heels, Master locks my shoes onto my feet with little padlocks, so that i do not "kick" them off in my sleep. this isn't an "every day" thing for us, but it's quite frequent.

One of my favorite BDSM stories, "Janet in Training", involves this...the subs wear 5" heels that are padlocked onto their feet. I've never experienced it, as I have yet to have a BDSM relationship, but I wear 2-4" heels on a regular basis (I even walk on my toes when barefoot...been doing that since I was a toddler). I know that as a result of doing this for 4-5 years, my Achilles tendons have shortened, which makes walking flat somewhat uncomfortable. You're probably experienceing something similar. If you want to change that, you can stretch those tendons.

But...I digress. I would love to have to wear heels all the time like that. Heels in themselves are a form of restriction, since your ability to walk, much less run, is pretty impaired. Plus, everyone looks hot in heels! :)

Constant use of very high heels can cause a shortening of the calf muscles and Achilles tendons. You may be stuck not being able to ever wear flats again. You/your Master may want to do some research on thi, if that hasn't already been done, to make sure this is an acceptable tradeoff to keep you constantly in heels.

That being said, my owner is also has a high heel fetish and I regularly wear 4 and 6 inch heels, but only in his presence and when he so chooses. And yes...good shoes *are* expensive :)

Yes this girl does love how heels look on her and they make her feel very sexy, but being forced to wear them all the time isn't always fun because they are indeed a type of bondage. Master likes to know that this girl is always reminded of Him when she looks down.

ARoseAndAnEye, as to your locks, all of this girls heels have ankle straps, but none would work with a lock, so Master had her do a little research and now she has these:

That is an interesting take on heels. I wear heels all the time. Nobody makes me wear them. I choose to. At work it is anywhere from 2"-3½" and social 3½"-5". I do not like platforms on my heels though. I like the classic look. I get a ton of compliments on my shoes.

As a submissive you see the heel as a form of bondage and restriction and as a Dominant I see heels as a form of power and liberation.

I love the way symbols get twisted around at times!

Like mentiond before, wearing high heals all the time can make un unabel to wear flat shoes, wonder why some stores settl high heels walking boots, slippers, bathing shoes, jobbing shoes and so on? wll that is becouse high heals is so modern that many woman can wear nothing else. But there are probably exersises you can do to awoid this problem, if you want to awoid it.

I love high heels.

Most of mine are 4 or 5 " non-plat.

You can get locking shoe cuffs that will turn all of your heels into lockable heels.

I'm sure that would please your master.

My Master likes heels too, notice I said My Master likes them, I use to only wear heels for church or special occasions, now when at home am to wear nylons or socks,no shoes allowed in house, and when in public have to wear heals, one pair has a 1" square heel and these are my favorites they are more comfortable for me as I have a bad knee and they are more stable, the other two pair I have are only about a 2" heel but small base and because of the knee they aren't comfortable at all and Master uses these for punishment, when in bed have to wear socks all the time and that is bad enough don't know what I would do, if had to wear shoes. Actually if it where up to me would wear nothing at all even to stores and such but as it is heels are required by Master and shoes by society,LOL.

I love heels on shoes and boots. As of right now, I only own one pair of six inch heel boots. ^^ Master likes them a lot and I really wish I had a pair of fetish ballet shoes and a pair of six inch sandals. Only thing is, they hardly ever come in my size. I have really small feet, being petite and all... So, if anyone knows of any site/s that would help me out, please tell me. The sizes I'd be looking for are either a 4 or a 5, and yes this is in American sizes. Thank you!

This one has always bothered me.

The Dom is supposed to look out for the welfare of the sub and make sure that anything he or she asks the sub to do will not cause harm... then they turn around and say that the sub *has* to wear shoes that will more than likely cause physical damage to the sub. This just not make sense. It's just pure selfishness on the part of the Dom because he thinks it *looks* sexy. What a bunch of crock.

I have two aunts in my family that have chronic back and leg problems from wearing heels for years when they were younger and they didn't wear them 22 hours a day. I have a friend who has no end to foot problems for the same reason.

i have a really stupid question.... how long does it take a normal (non-dancer) person to walk in ballet shoes? Are they much worse than 6" heels?

It's funny, when I look through profiles and wade through e-mails, I always immediately discount those that state: "I expect my girl to be sophisticated, always in heels," or something of the like. Having worn high heels in high school on an almost daily basis, I managed to severely damage my knees and do quite a number on my back. Unless you spend most of your day sitting, frequent wearing of high heels can lead to the deterioration of your body and a great deal of (in my opinion as a masochist, unpleasant) pain.

I would actually have to agree with this completely. Your body's posture while wearing heels (or standing on your toes?) is much different than it is normally (flat footed). becuase of this, muscles can be underdeveloped where they are needed, and your weight is often put on a bad part of your lower back.

not that I dont like wearing heels. many of my normal heels are nearly as extreme as ballet boots, and they're just average platforms in my collection.

Just an fyi...the ballet boots are actually suspension boots and not intended for walking

I've not heard of an experience as extreme as yours, but it's a common thing in hetero bdsm to over-exagerrate the feminine qualities- heels for height and curve, corsets, bras, hair, anything that emphasizes the characteristics are well-played upon.

I'd say two things
1) Lucky you that you never have to do any hard labor or lifting because it's not possible in heels
2) Check with the doctor regularly to make sure your back and knees are doing ok with the added stress of the heels over time

Master is concerned with this girls safety and well being. We have a friend who is a podiatrist and he has given us exercises and streatches that this girl does ever time she exercises, takes a shower, or changes her shoes. (A minimum of 3 times a day.) He also advised us that if this girl develops any pain in her back or legs that we should stop and Master has agreed, but we have not had any problems as of yet. Also, he advised that a woman should not stand still in heels for long ammounts of time because of risk of blood clots. Although he said standing still over 30 minutes is not good in any type of shoes, high heels are obviously worse. This slave is not advising anyone else to do something like this willy nilly. We have done our reasearch and decided together that this girl is not in danger and if that changed she is fully sure that high heels would be removed from her wardrobe totally.

While this is true, if you develop your posture muscles with something like Pilates (or even good old fashioned ballet), you should be able to avoid any serious damage no matter what your feet are in.

my Master also adores high heeled shoes and boots, I've just about learned how to walk in 5" so 6" heels will be the next purchase. Ann(e)? Jordan shoes are comfortable, look great and are very reasonable. my Master requires me to wear them until he falls asleep and then I'm allowed to take them off but they must be back on as soon as He wakes.
