So, in not agreeing with Me, you would thus believe that Wwe would still be having this discussion if mankind didn't exist?

hmmm, ok.

This is a topic that generates much debate. In trying to sort out the real truth behind the seeming contradictions of poly vs religion, I did no small amount of research, found others who had done likewise, and some very interesting historical and religious information. To bring what I discovered into a sharper focus I penned an article which can be viewed at the link below.

For those of you who may care to read it, I warn you it is quite long...but worthwhile.

Regards,
Cavalier

god(s) were created by man in order to try and answer those questions which mankind was unable to empirically answer during that point in time when that god was created.

Senor X, the portion of your statement that I did not agree with is quoted above. I do not believe that God was created by man. I believe God existed long before man was created. I do, however, agree with you that man created religion(s), et al. It is not my intent to debate the "which came first, the chicken or the egg?" question because in short, regardless of which came first....it exists...which is good enough for me.

Mr. Cavalier...I'm looking forward to reading the link above when we get home from NYC. I wish I had time this morning, but haven't even started packing yet and we are leaving in 30 minutes. Please don't ask me why I'm sitting here instead of packing.

best regards,
fate

I haven't changed my profile, I don't get People sending me messages
anymore so I just left it~
I was totally into what my profile said, but knowing what my heart has now been telling me I just leave it there, But if I changed it,
people would find something else to be~little me for~
But in another thread I was asked the same thing~

Your comment to d still made no sense.Maybe a more direct question would give her the ability to respond?

I could be like some people Who post and Yet
Their profile can not be found???

People Believe in God, but Don't believe in the Bible.

"Without the Bible Nobody would have known God and His Son Jesus,
unless God came down otherwise..
So Why don't people Believe in the Bible?"

People will say, "God doesn't Exist!" But will then go listen
to the bands like Slayer, or groups like them~

Which believes in the Opposite of God~ Hmmmm

I'm not trying to convert anybody. Whatever or who ever makes you happy is alright by me, I'm just opening up things people might not know about Who Jesus and His Father is.~

Besides Only God can judge us~

But As I had mentioned before I have done both sides, and
Prefer the light~

I'd just rather have a "Lifetime of Salvation"

Sincerely, Ant

What does having a profile mean? That your actually what it says you are?Makes you a real person?i don't need a profile to just post on a message board unless i was looking for something in particular.
For all your words, you still haven't clarifyed to d what you said to her about being owned. Now enough of the 'I am not trying to convert anyone' and respond to why you stated that because without it, I can't respond to it and nor can d.Maybe thats what your hoping for.

Not really sure where your taking this, but hey,i will bite!If your talking about your statement, i only said that i dont see why people have to have a profile to write here, not that it was aimed at me.Now if your talking about the question, its is to me, because of d.All your word dancing still hasn't answered the question which is what was your statement about to d?

quote:

dark~angel, I'm glad Your bloody pround to serve God
but You also serve Your Master?
I'm sure he is a Wonderful person~~

Like you said, it stems from another post which she responded to, but to bring it up again in this thread as if its your words seems a bit strange?so please make your statement clearer so she and i can respond.>which is obvious you don't really want so just come out and say it<

Well most people would say that Your name says it all~

But then we Reap what we sow~~

If there is something You think I should be saying, then Tell me what it is~

wow - personal attacks now ant? Wouldn't have expected you to sink so low - shame really.

You above all others know the power of words - but I guess you don't understand irony.

I think the question has been pretty clear - still unsure what you have asked as a question to me. Dismissing your words as you have, as though there is some hidden meaning and agenda is just very hypocritiacal coming from a christianity point of view. But if you really don't understand the question asked, I will give you it one last time.

What is the question/point you are trying to make in your quote of -

quote:

dark~angel, I'm glad Your bloody pround to serve God
but You also serve Your Master?
I'm sure he is a Wonderful person~~

Wow - like getting water from a stone... Is it really such a hard and difficult question to respond to and answer without personally attacking people you don't know? Wheres the love and compassion in that?

Peace and Love

Darkangel,
It was the spur of the moment thing I was not thinking clearly, but then people here can cause that~

I'll just leave it that Your happy and You know where Your going~

I need more time to answer questions, and try not to answer them before I Go to work~

I've thought about it and am Glad You know God~
