i've been having a problem..i have come across alot of Masters and Mistresses on the net who seem like they would be perfect for me..they say all the right things and well yanno all the stuff that a slave craves but then when i finally give in and start feeling for them they turn out to be a hng or one of the worst Masters or Mistresses that i come across and i was wondering how can i figure out what they truely are before i get that far with them?

About the only thing I know to tell you is to post your profile on a few sites. Let the replies come to you and weigh them out carefully. Have meaningful talks on line before you ever meet that way you will get to know the real person. They can not hide behind a lie forever. Check out there profiles as well. For safety my Master had me call the sherriffs department to see if there was a record there, for that I think you need there social security number. So yes tell them what you want it forand if they are genuine they should have no problem with that at all.

Sorry i would have to agree with Mistress Dread here. Get over your last Master before you start contemplating a new relationship. It's not fair to the other person. Rebound relationships are ugly and don't usually last.

Online, you probably can't. Sucks, but it's true. Unless/until you're sitting across from someone, sharing space, you can't read body language, tone of voice, inflection, etc. And even then, it takes time to get to know someone well. There are no shortcuts.

For Dom/mes, the issue is the number of subs who say the right things, then run away at the first prospect of meeting.

Because of this, I begin talking or real time meetings from the start.

'I would have to know much mre about you, says the slave. Good answer, let's talk, say I. When all questions have been answered, I return to arranging a meeting, stressing the safety arrangements that will have to be made, positively showing that safety is My concern, too.

At that point, there is nothing to do but set up the meeting, and the fakers fall away. It takes no more than a couple of weeks to reach the point of at least planning a meeting. But a couple of weeks is time well spent, and much better than months of pussy-footing only to find the other party really is a faker.

As a master who has been at this, well let's say over 30 years, you can't tell the BS from the real thing until you meet unless:

As in my case:

I demand respect from the beginning
All subs are to call me Sir
They will kneel to me

When ever not in direct contact:
Subs would be required to disclose any real or imaginaray sex.

Hello,

My personal definition of psychotic behavior involves doing the same thing repeatedly hoping for a different outcome. If you keep getting the same thing happening to you, I would suggest you examine your approach in detail and make changes to how you do things.

I would caveat this by saying that from my experience doing computer performance analysis that you should not change too many things at one time. It gets too confusing since the person does not know what modification caused the change.

Do you realize Mlm that that requirement is one of the top 5 many submissives and slaves put in their HNG check off list. I believe everyone should be given basic respect until such a time as they prove not to deserve it, and *demanding* it immediately is one of the things that makes me wary of the person. I prefer dominants who are secure enough in themselves that they do not need to be stroked by every submissive and slave they speak to.

If you only mean those who you have been speaking to and are developing a relationship that is a different matter.

The person I studied and later taught martial arts for almost 21 years never once demanded respect. He never once showed the slightest discourtesy to anybody he encountered. I cannot remember seeing anybody show him the slightest disrespect either.

In my opinion, respect and trust are earned for both sides of the flogger, and just generally in human interactions. I dont believe a person can demand respect from another. But that is just me, and I could be wrong.

mastermlm2000 proves my theory that most that use master in their nick are in fact not masters at all. And as you can see, they don't even realize how clueless they really are. And many subs who don't know any better may respond to this kind of person, thinking that is how a real Dom behaves. Respect is earned not required. Calling yourself a master means nothing. To all you new subs and slaves out there, observe and learn!

If you didn't get it, the "10" in binary equals "2" in decimal. Here's a few examples of number base conversions using the most familiar number "69".

69 in base 10, or decimal equals:

1000101 (base 2, or binary)

105 (base 8, or octal)

45 (base 16, or hexadecimal)
