As said before, the laws vary state to state. In some states, oral sex is illegal, but almost never prosecuted. As a rule of thumb in most states, consensuality is NOT a defense for assault! Finding marks on a persons body, isn't evidence of assault necessarily, but it could lead to an investigation. The written contracts, etc, are a good start to head off prosecution in the first place, but for the time being, what you do in your house is not always going to be legal. Police may not be pounding on every door looking in to see if you are smoking pot or cock, but the state can and will prosecute you for assualt if they come by knowlege of it. Just food for thought.
