Personally the idea of redwings doesn't disturb me except for the whole cleaning up after idea. My GYN actually STRONGLY ENCOURAGES all of her clients that get cramps to have frequent orgasms before and during their period.
It actually does seem to help. Best part it also seems to help shorten the duration. Nothing like getting "that time" down to only 2 days.
