While this may be an ironic statement, I think it bears saying that rough anal sex can be very dangerous. It concerns me that some people might take on the task of "raping" a submissive's ass without careful consideration of health issues. Anal tissues are more fragile than vaginal tissues, so various injuries can take place in any act of anal sex, not to mention ones violent ones. Rectal tearing, fistula, and colon infections are all possible consequences of anal sex. These can be life threatning. Rectal tearing itself can lead to rapid onset of peritonitis: blood and feces are a dangerous combination. If your submissive experiences serious anal bleeding after anal sex, it could be a medical emergency. Don't wait to go see the doctor.
