Just a general reply and some thoughts: Foods, especially those high in sugars, really ought to be excluded from any vaginal play. Basic science here folks ... sugar + yeast = tons more yeast. I.E. yeast infections. As one that has yet at 34 to ever have to deal with that female issue - I am assured by every single female I have yet ever to meet that yeast infections really bite and are usually fairly painful or uncomfortable. So yanno, realize that if you are sticking food with ANY sugars in it - basically most stuff - into a female vagina - you are indeed pretty much helping them have an unpleasant experience that for some women might take months to clear up. And PLEASE - if you are going to go ahead and do it anyway make sure that you at LEAST wash the pesticides and crap off the food BEFORE it enters the body. On that note, please do not use the mascara brushes for the eyes again, or *any* eye makeup that has been touching other parts of the body. Besides styes, which can be very painful, you can permanently and severely injure the eye. Once used for *play* it ought to remain offlimits for usage on the eye. Remember, oils - such as peppermint, cinnamon, etc. - are incredibly potent. Try a portion of a drop in your tongue/nostril/lips (depending on the food grading of the product you are testing, and PLEASE do as little as possible when you test - this stuff can literally feel like it's singing your skin off!) as a test. Also, use a SMALL amount - more can *always* be applied, and when it comes to oils, it is NOT so easy to remove. Water will not dampen the effect (in fact it can *spread* it, basic science again, water and oil do not mix, hot water is worse than cold water is) but a piece of bread *can* absorb a decent amount to help lessen it. And yeah, you CAN burn the skin with essential oils - so know what kinds of oils you are using - it DOES make quite a difference. Don't forget to do an allergy test somewhere *else* besides on mucous membranes or genital regions. What one person's skin can stand another really cannot. Same goes for chilis, chili resins (those can be a REALLY bad idea), tabasco, anything acidic or spicy. What your tongue and mouth and stomach can handle does not necessarily automatically equate into what your genital and anal regions can handle. Remember as well, ginger can be incredibly painful (in a not good way) to some folks. Bengay, icy hot, etc., I will not use, as it says quite clearly it is not to be taken internally. They put such warnings on things for a reason - usually it's to legally protect them, and yeah, anal and vaginal and urethral is usually considered internal. Sure you might not notice there's a problem right away, but perhaps studies have shown that it leads to cervical cancer or some shit - again there's a reason they have a warning *in print*, to my way of thinking. Basically, I suppose I view it like breath and carotid play - you can do it for years and never have a problem, but that doesn't mean it is safe, or that one day someone isn't going to have a bad day with it. I just don't do things just because everyone else does it and says it's okay - I guess I have this rebellious spirit that refuses to be one of the sheep in the herd, lol, so I make my own decisions based on what unbiased facts that I can before I consider doing them. I'm a weirdo - what can I say? LOL! Being creative is always good, but safety first - after all you want the experience to be a *good* one in some ways, I'd hope, lol. JMTs, FWTAW. ~ShadeDiva
