IMHO there is only a portion of the entire brain directly associated with physical sex, or the reproductive process. The remainder of the brain controls the individual's body functions, nervous system, coordination, reflexes, information processing, awareness, life support, digestion, liquid processing, etc, etc, etc... a very busy brain indeed, even during sleep.
Using your brain for sexual fulfillment is no trick pony... we all do that, it's routine but not quite to the level you boasted of having direct knowledge of in online play. It takes physical stimulation in addition to just thinking about it.
For example, typically your brain alone cannot supply sexual release, orgasm. There are exceptions yes, of hypnotic cum words, or programmed word... and even examples of voice actuated orgasms, but all are programmed to an event, not merely imagined in front of a computer screen with a gender challenged (or questionable) stranger.
There must be physical stimulation, unless you have a subliminally programmed reaction for a specific event or word. That means you are providing the physical stimulations that bring you to orgasm, not the other party, or a special talent some claim to have. What you described sounds like the Jane Fonda fingertips touch sex scene in the old movie Barbarella, science fiction. Their hair started smoking, does your's?
It sounds as if you are saying your sex organ brain johnson is bigger than our sex organ brain johnsons? Isn't that called penis envy?
It sounds more like glorified masterbation opposed to a special talent of using the whole brain (enchilada) for sexual fulfillment. Your brain does not make you put your finger down there... it simply acknolwedges your finger feels good when you place it there. If you use the finger correctly, Yay... it's O-time!
Your big brain didn't do that... your little finger did.
