LOL.. but in all honesty... it does not matter either way.
it is well known that this girl's opinions are not for everyone.

but the insult be there one or not is in the eye/ear of the one
on the receiving end.

It's kind of like the sexual harrassment training so many have to
go thru these days... what is seen by others as harrassement is merely
a good friendship, and the difference is in who's opinion is being voiced.

But this girl is secure in who she is and what she believes in, as well as
her ko'lar. So there is not to much that is going to get thru this steeleheartedone.

After being involved in this lifestyle in one realm or another for nearly 10 years, you might find the same as i have, and that's that there are a large majority of people strictly interested in kink who come to the D/s lifestyle.
Having said that, obviously there is nothing wrong with that--but if you are seeking in a submissive, a willingness to serve, submission as not merely a role play or 'promise', but part of a personality characteristic thus one who will infact interact and respond for the most part submissively while both 'on' and 'not on'--those are in the minority. Likewise for me, the same holds true for those who are Dominant.
I have found both online as well as within a local group I have visited...the majority are BDSMer's or those lovers of leather. While we do have commonalities, for me--they are a slightly different breed than myself who is submissive yet could take or leave any and all aspects of BDSM or kink. For me, that's a bonus--it's the eroticism of it all--the D/s is what i require as a type of relationship if you will.

Hope this helps. And don't lose faith.....they do exist.....you just have to be able to recognize the difference. And may i add that one is not necessarily any more sincere than the other--it's just different interests.

Benjamin,

i think everyone here is looking for something else and has different desires. Think everyone goes through different times of their lives when their desires change also.

i want a monogamous relationship but to me that doesn't exclude binging another sub in for a scene sometimes.

For me Poly relationships Dom/Masters/Dommes have more then one sub/slave living with Him/her. i could be wrong but just how i see it ;)

LMAO, i new there was a reason it's our favorite fast food place. Their salads are wonderful and Hubby gets their flatbread sandwiches, both South Beach legal.

You sound very frustrated, and I understand why. But you're going to have to assume some of the blame here. Your profile doesn't go into detail. It doesn't say you're looking for any certain type of person. Someone responding to your ad or to a letter you've sent can't look and see that they do not fit you from the get-go. You need to spruce your profile up with a bit more about who you are and exactly what you seek.

You'd probably do better in a real time situation. You have people who are at least serious enough to show up at a location and get to know others. I did a quick web look for you and found:
Eugene Munch munch group meeting every Monday at McMenamins North Bank Restaurant at 6pm - We meet in the back room, which is back and slightly to the left as you come through the restaurant from the front door. We usually have a black balloon on a table. If not, just ask someone "is this the munch?" - This is a social rather than a play event; come and ask questions, meet local players, and generally make contact. We also have an open house every Tuesday from 8PM on (write for directions if interested), a play party on the first Saturday of each month, and a Fetish Night at Diablo's (Pearl St next to the Greyhound station) downtown on the last Sunday of every other month. I have no clue if that is a quality group or not.. but they are a place to start looking. One thing you might want to do before going is some reading. You sound rather new (which is fine, Dominants come in all experience lvls.) Subs have limits. The don't just "do anything." You are talking about human beings, not blow up dolls. You have to not only match personality, but limits. If you have something that many feel is a "bit too far" you're going to have a lot of problems finding a sub. A slave has way fewer limits, usually relating to not performing illegal acts. Those people are rare, and have to develop trust to actually be a slave to you. Anyone who claims no limits isn't realistic, as I point out to them when I ask them to go cut off my neighbor's ear (no, I have nothing against my neighbor, it is simply making a point.)

My goodness, benjamin! I have to agree with BeachMystress here. When I first read your post, I honestly thought you were a submissive venting because you couldn't seem to find a Dominant. Even when I went to your profile, I had to look at it a couple of times and realize which direction you were coming from both there and here.
It's hard enough to find someone when W/we are specific. Do a little fine tuning, and work on that profile. I wish you the best!
