What do you eat for breakfast (if anything) on a typical morning?

Eggbeaters {scrambled} sausage or bacon, fresh cantaloupe or strawberries and cranberry juice.

I love lots of breakfast foods, but nothing as a habit because I seldom eat breakfast except at night in a coffee shop, or a Sunday morning when there is lots of time to wake up, get hungry, and cook.
A cup of hot tea and a cigarette usually keeps Me under control for the first few hours of the day. Not good, I know. Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day. Because you are breaking your fast of the previous hours while you slept. But I don't sleep right either.

Perhaps to feel less guilty, you could substitute a whole wheat bagel and cream cheese, for the doughnut?

Just had cinnamon oatmeal, with a slice of turkey bacon and two slices of toast with Smart Balance spread. On occasion (too many occasions lol) I'll get a breakfast burrito from Sonic. To the best of my knowledge, I have never not eaten breakfast.

sundays, I prepare a traditional large hot breakfast(or brunch) of eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, hash browns, juice, milk, sometimes french toast casserole or pancakes...

Mondays and tuesdays its scrambled eggs with toast and juice or milk.

Wednesdays thursdays and fridays, its scottish oatmeal and fruit, or cereal and juice

Saturdays its usually fresh pressed juice, consisting of apple, orange, carrot, pineapple, and occasionally I'll smoothie it out with a banana.
