Honey, I went from 30 years of denim overalls, t-shirts, and sneakers to corsets, garters, and dresses, and I can't imagine why it took me so long. I love dressing up now. I love feeling sexy. I love turning heads, even though I'm no Barbie. I can't imagine going back now.
As long as your master will give you time to make the transformation I bet you will do just fine.
As for heels, no, personally I haven't been able to take to them, but unless you have a bad back or bad knees (like me) I'm sure you will adjust over time. Start with small chunky heels, and work up. Start with short periods. Remember to stretch and massage your calves a lot, rotate your ankles when you sit, to build the muscles.
