Yep. I can most definately say yep. I love flogging of any form. It is my favorite activity.
As far as specialty type scenes, and race/ religion/etc play, in roleplay sure. I have some pretty "taboo" ideas about uniformed interrogation play. However, the participants to me, don't have to be the right race, per se, just be able to act it.
However, given the oppertunity to flog someone I have some form of personal connection to, preferrably very good friends, regardless of their skin tone, why not? I love the activity period, from both sides of the whip.
