Thanks to everyone here for responding. In general, men feel a little lost down there. At least I know I do. As a rule I like the guidance-follow method, because there's a certain in built horror / fear of doing something wrong or fumbling around like a clumsy oaf.

The answers here included a good range:

Honestly, it's not just a component of mental health. Most human systems need to be "flushed out" once in awhile, and the genital system is no different. Allowing too much buildup could eventually lead to prostate problems (not proven ... but since one of the first treatments for enlarged prostates is more frequent orgasms, it makes sense).

Flushing out can be accomplished with long-term chastity by way of 'milking' which provides the necessary release of fluids to maintain a healthy prostate.

Additionally, to cloudboy... there are a variety of D/s interests (thank goodness). In my experience, which is NOT vast, the women I’ve been with prefer the men to initiate oral. They don’t enjoy forcing men to do it, instead, they prefer “the showering of affection.”

Next, the women I’ve been with do not like extended oral. At a certain point they have had enough and want me to stop.

What are your thoughts?

LOL, it's actually not a case of atrophy ... it's a case of it being clogged and becoming enlarged (and enlarged prostates tend to be a precursor to prostate cancer).

And to Lorelei - I know about milking ... but many people who claim to be in situations like the stated (stuck in chastity, not allowed to orgasm ever) also claim to be denied that as well.

The "oral service" thing actually makes me angry because so many male subs just take it for granted that when a woman (like myself) clearly states she wants a service-orineted sub, that she means she wants an oral sex slave.
