This is a fun scene to do, particularly when the bottom wants it so bad. It sounds like you've thought it through and researched it very well.

The only thing I'd add, but I suspect you probably do this as a matter of course, is not to forget your first aid kit, if your sub isn't allergic to iodine then don't forget to clean really well with betadine first, and make sure your kit has a good supply of gauze in case you nick a bleeder and need to use pressure to stop the bleeding.

We've seen this at the Folsom Fringe. In fact there were quite a number of males doing some variation of the process on the scrotum and/or the penis. Commonly they had a "Butterfly" board. It was a very intense scene to observe. The smudging and some appropriate music in the background is a great idea. Ideally it would be good to have someone who has done it observe you. In lieu of having that type of support, read as many reference sources as possible.

More often the scenes that we observed used pins as opposed to nails. Push pins to be exact, sharper, smaller, and more precise. Just something else to consider. BTW - you can make a very nice "butterfly" by using the female version of the anatomy. Just wanted to point that out so the females are cringing as much as the males.

i went searching out what excatly a butterfly board was and after nothing really appearing on google i went through about 10 other sites on Fem Dom and found nothing other then it being mentioned. And oddly they arent sold at JT's Stockroom. Is there any chance anyone can like really explain it? Or link me to it? Obviously after reading the thread i know its used to nail a man's teste's to a board... but er.. more info requested? thx

Yes, the one I saw, She used small tack nails--as they are very sharp, with a small point, you can use more that way and they pull out quickly if need be----push pins work very well too I have heard and I believe, She used something similar to a cork board over a wooden board and of course he has to be securely--securely restrained--thats another thing to consider, he has to be restrained at the thighs and the ankles to remove the possibility of rapid movement and when You are done, his butt cheeks and muscles will need serious after care massaging---

It's so simple I'm not surprised no one sells the setup. All you need is a board. I prefer balsa but others use cardboard or posterboard. Cut a circle in it and pull the cock and balls through the circle. Stretch the ball sack and pin its periphery in place with sterile needles. For women, I use a slit instead of the circle but the process with the labia is the same.

Thank you all for the very helpful replies.

Yes, we will be taking pictures, and lots of them. We will also have a videographer there. There are going to be a total of 3 women involved in the scene and I am wavering between a high fetish atmosphere with lots of latex, glam make up and techno music, and a primative atmosphere with leathers and face paint and drumming. I think I'm leaning toward the primative at the moment but that could change.

The butterfly board is a fabulous suggestion, as well as the idea of doing some kind of lacing and beading for pictures. Because this is taking place in a local club there are first aid stations placed throughout the space, I will make sure one is wheeled over to be close. There will also be several people with careers in the medical field in attendance, although this is probably over the top I will still feel better since I have not ever done this before. As sadistic as I am, I don't want to break my toys especially one as much fun as this one.

I will be posting this on the Upcoming Events board when I have dates firmed up with the club, the photographer, and all participants.

If only Nashville weren't so far away.

I'm just wondering though, how you plan to keep microbes out of the scrotum? Seems a bit dangerous to me. Granted, I've found out Im a bit of a germ-a-phobic, and that is the main reason I have yet to do some of the things I want to.

Wow.

I guess people must be able to do this safely, or relatively safely, but if I hadn't heard it had been done plenty of times before, I'd have said it was too dangerous to be sane.

I'm sure someone can answer all these questions, but I don't know how:
How do you ensure that the nails don't infect him beneath the scrotum on their way out? Can you really disinfect them somehow before the return trip back in and out of the scrotum (that is, as you're removing the nails)? How do you keep splinters from getting in there? When I cum, my balls get tight. Would that mean the nails would rip bigger holes through the scrotum? (Maybe that's just the skin getting sucked in as the testes tighten, so I guess I can understand that part).

How long does it take to heal?

Another question: You mention a board on concrete. Maybe I don't understand this right, but won't the end of the nails, after they go through the wood and when they hit the concrete, BEND? If they bend, you're going to have a hell of a time getting them out. Will the nails have heads? If not, you could, if you had to, raise the scrotum if necessary and detach him. Of course, nails without heads are harder to pry loose.

One more thing: How good are you with a hammer and nails? And when you pry the nails loose, are you going to have enough room so that you don't press too hard on the scrotum itself? I guess you'd keep the nail hed higher than the scrotum.

I'm asking a lot of questions here because I don't believe in many limits other than health, so it would be something I'd be open to if I knew it can be done safely.

If you get a good beat going with the music, you could hit the nail on the head to that beat.

You should consider having a couple more items handy.

First, a bolt cutter/ wire cutter of sufficient strength to clip the ends of the nails off if they get bent after you drive them though, so that they can be extracted. These need some hand strength to operate, so if you don't think you can cut through the nails, have someone around who can.

Second, if you plan to extract using the hammer claw, bring along a small board or other hard object that you can lay next to the nail heads to give the hammer claw some added height above the board into which they have been nailed. That way, the nails will be extract straight up. Otherwise, they tend to bend and come up at an angle.

It goes without saying to have towels and bags of ice close by.
