I am going to disagree with you on this. The subject of serious legal paperwork is a big thing with you. I note you have no profile now, under this name, anyway, but you did have at least two others and engaged Me in private correspondence regarding this matter in the past. Much of what you post in both of the threads you have begun on this subject is a copy and paste of your old profile.
When I didn't react the way you wanted me to react, the correspondence was severed with the deletion of that user name.
Methinks, for whatever odd reason, this type of "absolutely legal" form of slavery, and discussion of same, is what gets you off.

not much of a show really..

just the typical um subjective opinion being pushed forward as an absolute for others.! He found "GOD" and now he wants to share his "GOD" with everyone! He just doesn't want to accept that others might thing "GOD" is a "She" and not a "He"

He will disappear soon enough... for to date he shows a lack of social intelligence that will develop any constructive and postive on line relationships here. As well, once he is done his preaching and seeing now is really listening... well he will find other waters to find blind followers.

Sounds like "disagree" in your world equates to "attack." I've found this often to be the case with those who claim to know "the true way."

I agree... such individuals are prone to become defensive and even aggressive when there view is not accepted and even shown to have logical flaws. Instead of looking to improve there own view point by overcoming the flaws... well you know the rest.

My only real contributions to this thread are:

The very essence of good editorial, is saying as much as you can using as few words as possible.

I have no answer to the question, "Is slavery really possible in the 21st Century?". I choose to see the entire matter from two very obvious points of view: 1) There are many very intelligent people here that consider themselves slaves. 2) Because I may not understand or relate to something, that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Why do I get the feeling that SubjectProperty, ownedgirlie and sophia37 may all be the same person? Could it be that, in many ways, their writing styles, including common spelling errors are alike? In addition, all three are brand new on this board, supporting a form of "slavery" that cannot in this country legally exist unless the slave is declared incompetent (and even if that is the case, there are still rights). All the theses on the legality of this subject are pure imagination.

Hmmmm......pass the popcorn and the hot cocoa....this is getting more interesting by the minute!
