I think this is the just the set up for a season finally type episode it seemed to leave a lot of unanswered questions. Like how many Nazis are there? Was this one lone killer with an interest in Nazi medicine or a group?
What about the letter in German found at lady Heathers daughters house? How many other branded victims are there unaccounted for?
Who was the therapist that upset Lady heather and where’s her daughters baby?

it was a very wierd episode

So sorry I didn't see this posting earlier. According to the IMDB this episode of CSI included these stirring lines:

Wendy Simms: ...and, the eye ball belonged to a Jack Landers, who - is a convicted sex offender.
Sara Sidle: Would sticking your eye ball into a woman's eye socket constitute as sex offence?
Wendy Simms: Well, rape is legally defined as putting an unwanted foreign object into a genital opening - so, sexual? No.
Sara Sidle: But... offensive - yeah.

I watched and was also a little confused...I think its was done on purpose,like someone above Me said the Season Finales are coming up soon.

As a Mother I would have gone and found the person who hurt My child just like Lady Heather did...and I can imagine doing exactly what she did.

I did not think of this myself, a female sub did...good on her... but regarding the 8' bullwhip in a 5' area She didn't care about wrap! She wanted to inflict as much PAIN as possible and wrapping that whip around him would do that. She was enacting Human emotions.

I think She and Grissom are Switching and experimenting and he will find a way...in the NEXT show She is in...to provide testimony and a way to get Her off... I wonder how long we will have to wait to see Her again?

Good thought, but he was tied to a car so a wrap couldn't take place on his body and it's little use ruining a fall against an inanimate object.

To get a wrap to work, you have to have the body away from all barriers. Whipping him in the position he was in could have been the same as if he were lying on the ground. To wrap.

ok, as much as the discussion about the dynamics of that scene is interesting, I'm pretty sure that being a TV production they didn't care to get range right. Rather, they just cared to make the scene look good.

I have not seen the episode though, or any with this Mistress Heather in them. No TV channels here.
