Can't offer much in the way of advice that has not already been offered. I would like to emphasize though...stay away from the scale...instead, since you are working out at a gym, measure in inches only. I started my crusade to lose weight 2 years ago, and so far have dropped almost 150lbs, but I found that the scale is EVIL. While it may show that you are not losing any, if you are measuring inches, you will find that you are losing alot. Motivational wise...just keep remembering why you wanted to make this change in the first place. For yourself...to be healthy...for your family...to be healthy and appreciate your time with them more...and for yourself It can be done if you set a reasonable goal. Don't expect to lose 10 to 20 lbs a week, and still stay healthy. Set your goals low; Then, if you go over it, you feel even better about yourself.
