I sleep on the left side... closer to the bathroom... farther away from the phone and alarm clock. Of course... when kyra is at home... I sleep in the middle... got to love king size beds!

When Master and i sleep at my apartment i sleep on the right side and He sleeps on the left. We sometimes switch depending on how His hip feels. (Bad spinal alignment) But when we're at His home He sleeps on the right and i sleep on the left.

Hate to throw the theory off, but oh hell I am different... At his home it was more convenient to sleep on the left so he could quickly get out of bed and fetch me a drink. At my home, I usually sleep on the right side, but truth is I purposely move to left sometimes and sleep there...

i sleep on the side of the bed not against the wall. at his house becuase im afraid of one of his swords falling off the wall on me in the middle of the night, and at my house becuase i don;t like sleeping it what i ahve deemed "the hole" (the bed is about 4 inches away from the wall...) at one house its the left, and the other is the right...but i never fit into theories...

Being as i have a twin bed at school i sleep in the center if i do drift to a side its deffenly the right side. At home were i ahve queen size bed, i sleep on whatever side my cat has not claimed (sometimes it two cats and i end up diagonal).

I sleep on the right side. And I'm a sub. Then again, I'm not a 24/7 submissive (only during scening) and I dominate every other aspect of my life. I'm seriously thinking about changing my preference to switch. It would be fun to beat master's ass for once.

Edited to add: Our bed is in the middle of the room and we both have nightstands, but mine has the lamp and the alarm clock. Ty would sleep through the alarm if I didn't have it on my side, and I read after he goes to sleep so I need the lamp. It's more convenient that way.

Yeah, yeah yeah yeah yeah... I know. I have to be different than everyone else. I sleep on the left side of the bed. Always have. Of course, I am also left handed so that might have something to do with it. This doesn't mean that I am a submissive... does it?

For now I infact do sleep on the right side of the bed.

This came to be because the socket is on the right side. Pet has to get up before I do. She sleeps on the left side to turn off her alarm quickly and get ready for work.

When it comes to hotels, visiting others, and such, I'll sleep closest to the vent. I perfer cold air while pet just likes for me to keep her warm.

I like sleeping in the middle surrounded by girls.

Okay, the real story is that normally I sleep closest to the door– that old protective instinct again.

However, when I've had particularly hot girlfriends (in ° Centigrade) or in one case a girl who pressed so tightly she'd force me out of bed– I'd get up in the middle of the night and move to the other side.

Uh oh… I hope that doesn't make me a switch.

My man and I don't really label ourselves as like dominant or anything, but we do fight over the right side... he always wins... and I am the one that really likes to be controled... that's wierd!

I think it is a toss up between who needs to use their domanant hand more to get their partner off during foreplay...and who needs to be closer to the bathroom at night...then of course it depends on where the bathroom is.

I used to sleep on the right side by the wall but now I got my pc I sleep on the left edge of the bed, And joeseph has to sleep against the wall which means he has to climb over me when he gets in and out of bed,

But I am the dominant one in this relationship.

Hmm...

I actually sleep on the left side of the bed. Primarily because smilezz is up before God and doing chores... so her sleeping on the right is easier for her to get out of bed without waking me up.

Wow, this is crazy stuff.

Yeah, I sleep on the right side too.

Have you guys found a difference depending on which side is near the wall? When I go over to my parents and sleep in the guest room the right side is near the wall so I sleep on the left... I sleep closest to the door, alarm clock, and point of exit.

I feel more in control this way. I sleep on my right side though no matter if I am on the left side of the bed.

Being near the wall just never appeals to me. It feels like cowering in a corner. I can't curl up next to the wall like a child expecting security from it. I have to be close to the door so I can get up, get moving, and do what has to be done.

I'm equally comfortable on either side as long as I'm closer to the door. I suppose it's the protective instinct mentioned above or just plain old paranoia. I also keep the bedroom door locked and the bedroom window open so I can hear what's going on outside.

i am sub but i sleep on the right side of the bed, on my right side and my head is on top of my right arm so i use feather pillows and make an arch with them so i can actually pull my arm out while laying there. that way my arm does not fall asleep lol

yeh me too i sleep opposite a wall if the wall is against the bed, and when i go to a restaraunt to eat i always sit facing the door for some reason
