Tolerance and acceptance are key to this lifestyle. As is another word that's oft mistaken for judgement, that word being EVALUATION. Evaluating others, what works for them and why can lead to new realizations about ourselves, what works for us and why. Unfortunately if done in an insensitive manner it can be construed as gossip or what's worse...judgement.
Being able to discuss thoughts, ideas and opinions in an objective manner is the foundation of knowledge.
