Winking at Sinergy, What I meant was the VIEW the observers would have at the time of your follow through. I remember quite a view when I was at the Scottish games when males were throwing things out in a field. Wishing I had popcorn and a pair of binoculars. Laughing, Sundew

They were not this comfy at first (I have 4 years of total experience in spiky, shiny, heel wearing) but I have adapted my posture and now buy the best I can afford. As for my non-platform shoes, the highest I can go without needing a walker is approx. 4". Anything above 3 1/2" is a bit uncomfy for me.

I have tried platforms but they don't work well with my work outfit, which is corporate/academic mix. These days I usually wear thin heels, 1.5-2.5 inches to work and 2.5-4 inches out. Even when I go out, I like to be a bit more understated... I'm not one who likes to hog the limelight so I tend to go for classy black matte leather or a burgundy or dark red.

I love the super thin heels but they have to be built well and positioned well on the shoe. A lot of work must go into the ergonomics. I love the pointy toes but I have to be careful as I wear a 41 so too pointy and I might as well head for the slopes!

Otherwise, this summer I spent down time in stylised Japanese zori sandals or my Fila sneakers, though I am now courting a pair of K-Swiss ones at the mall...

Oh did I mention I often have a courtship with shoes? Shoe store salesman often know me by name…

I am soooooooooooooo glad to know that I'm not alone in the non-fetish wear department. I used to love to wear heels until a few years ago when I had an accident and did permanant damage to my leg.

I have been asked about having leather. Shoot I'm a big girl and leather can get quite hot. I learned to dress for comfort. MINE. Clothes definitely do not make the Domme. I have had those few unfortunate souls who misjudged Me by appearance. It didn't last long.

Yes, I get those emails, and I have the standard 'Domme wear" but I do try to avoid it as much as possible. I don't find leather all that comfortable, except for My wonderful jackets! (and My strap-on). I always say I prefer lace to leather. Much more comfortable, and I think, just as sexy. If a client requests leather, though, he gets the leather.
As to heels...I love them! But then I am very tiny, so I guess I want to be taller, and I am so used to wearing them, even with jeans, I don't give it a second thought. In session, it is easy to get the heels off after the blindfold is on, if they are inconvenient. But I also go for the open-toed and strappy styles...otherwise My poor toes!!!!!!!! And why cover up the pretty polish?

Yes I have gotten clothing/shoe questions...
I haven't a real wardrobe yet, but working on it...
As for spike heels, I think not... I find them uncomfortable, and at my height and size, it's probably health/life threatening anyway...
Do have nice heels, and my sub/slave will have to worship those, lol...

OF course I love shoes.. Being the foot fetishist that I am I have loads of them. I wear them on dates, and to party, or a night out on a the town. Same fgoes for my fetish clothing. HOWEVER when at home inthe dungeon, I DRESS SOLELY for MY comfort, and accessability. Which for me is Often wering lingerie, a simple sarong wrapped around me, or nothing at all, and barefoot of course. If for some reason the scene requires my shoes I'll slip them on, but that's about it. My Comfort always Dictates dress, for me, and for even the sub.

I don't deny believe in punishing myself or denying myself pleasure, so I wear what I want to wear. Be it shoes or barefoot, Leather, or lingerie. Naked, or jeans and a T-shirt.

I have several pairs including thigh high boots with 7 inch heels. Do I wear them to play? Oh heck no, My boy takes them off My before W/we begin. I could just see Myself balancing in My boots while flogging him. ( look out below there she goes, splat) Like someone else said Dommes can wear whatever They want or not wear in this case.

I own several pairs. One white pair with gold bows on the back (seen in the photo on my site), one pair o Sweet Gwendolyn shoes, one pair of black patent leather pumps and a few other less than tall piars.

I will wear heels to have My Feet adored, but I flat out refuse to walk more than a short distance in the things! It is *why* at age 53, My Feet are still beautiful and shapely and have not been ruined by shoes. Thus, for those who wish to worship My Feet (which I love) I take care of them.

Submissives who worship My Feet will learn to kiss them, caress them, give Me pedicures and take as good care of them as I do. For Me there is no finer footstool, no grander place for My feet to rest than on the warm willing back, face or genitals of My slave. No mothing or wear. I wear it with a silk top hat and patent leather dancing pumps. Beautiful!
