ok we all agree that being overweight is unhealthy. Its a known fact and that increases your health risk. That being said, being overweight doesn't make you any less of a person, or any less entitled to feel good about yourself. People smoke, knowing its bad for them. People take drugs and drink alcohol knowing its bad for them. And people continue to be overweight knowing it will be bad for them. I think we got off topic from the OP. Talking about being overweight and public scening. Noone will care how overweight you are. Nooone is going to point at you and laugh. It was very liberating for me to play publicly for the first time. Even though i have had two children, i have stretch marks, and a few extra ripples...i relished the feeling of being that exposed. And after that experience i no longer cared what people thought about me or my body. So take your clothes off, stick your tongue out at those who dare to scoff at you, and enjoy.

>No one said that I eat in an unhealthy manner or maintain an unhealthy lifestyle.<

You are right, no one did.

You'll find that most of the local scenes are riddled with all shapes and sizes. Its only on mainstream sites like this where you find the superficial ones.

well not to say that you wont meet superficial people in real life. Its just that these sites like Alt, and Collarme are stuffed full of them.

True enough, real life tends to scare off most of the people who only want the "fantasy ideal".

May I also add (As an overweight person) that people will only look down on you as fat if you act self concious, which draws attention to your size, as people tend to slouch, hunch their shoulders, etc, when they are uncomfortable. Such "self preservation" gestures are very unflattering to the figure, and make the person in question appear insecure, an easy target for nasty predators.

Try to be confident in who you are; at least pretend to be. It makes a difference, trust me. And if people have a problem with how you look, it's their problem, not yours.

this girl is a BBW have been for all my life.. this girl was uncomfortable in doing public scenes...in fact this girl wouldnt' wear her fetish outfilt of of her friends apartment for fear of embarassment..

on day this girl and her friend and her Dom went to a club in south florida, this girl wore a sundress..until she arrived at the club and saw that there were other women, large like this girl there. there were many things going on and this girl just watched what scenes were unfolding around her. then her friends Dom came over to her and we chatted a bit..in the end He had me change into my fetish dress..which was the sluttiest thing that this girl has ever worn in her life...and when she stepped out of the bathroom..it was as if this girl had shed her shell..she got alot of compliments on her dress..and nothing more..

this girl has had quite a few public scenes at this club...all without fear and with confidence of being accepted for who this girl is..NOT what she looked like.....i am not ashamed nor embarassed about how this girl appears to others.

this girls says..enjoy and be free!!!

though on the other hand there are some people out there who are vain and will belittle a person on their looks....remember this...they feel so bad about themselves that they have to put down others in order to make them selves feel good.....

this girl has had a former Master tell her that she was bigger than He had had in the past..and even went as far as to tell this girl "can you imagine us doing 69??" this Master was well aware of my size and didnt' seem to have a problem with it..eventually the truth comes out..and it wasnt' looks at all..it was something else entirely.

be happy with yourself, love yourself, and above all else..try not to let others put you down or make you feel ashamed of your looks....this has happened to this girl all her life..and though it can be hurtful and painful..we are all human....try not to let the negativty of others get you down..easier said than done, this girl knows.

Hmmm I would think with all the info and testimonials This girl should have her answer. Mine is to wish her well in all she does!

I suspect he is a former "fattie" who has managed through a combination of good health, good genetics and good luck to lose weight. Some people who do this are reasonable. Some, sadly, become, like some ex-smokers, converts to what seems like a truly evangelical religion, and instead of bathing in good feeling, become health-hype Cotton Mathers. Waving a sword of righteousness in on hand and a copy of South Beach Diet in the other, they march forth into an iniquitous world prepared to do battle against those who haven't reached their level of wholesome righteousness.

My personal advice to them 1/ avoid mirrors. They have an unacceptable level of accuracy built in. 2/ avoid windmills. Those big arms are hell on the armour.

I agree with this post, except for one tiny part, i don't think that "luck" really has anything to do with a person losing weight. I am overweight myself, trying to lose (been trying for years and years!) i don't blame society, i don't blame McDonalds, i don't blame my genes, or my thyroid gland, or my stressful job, etc etc etc....i don't believe that it is anything else other than the fact that i eat more calories/fat than what i burn....plain and simple.

It does, however, really irk me to see those that once they do accomplish their goal of either losing weight, or quiting smoking, or whatever it may be, they somehow feel they are the spokesperson for whatever it was they beat, and make it their life mission to preach to everyone else...ugh!

As far as the OP, don't worry so much about what others may be thinking, the reality is that those whom you might feel are looking down on you for being over weight are probably too busy thinking about what others may think of their bald heads, or they shortness, or their lazy eye, etc....we ALL have imperfections, we ALL have something we are insecure about.....so just have fun, come out and play, life is too short to be sitting in a corner watching others have all the fun.[;)]

I think the most important thing to remember is that your Master thinks you're beautiful just the way you are. Trying to be more healthy is a worthy goal but you have to live meanwhile.
