Only time I've ever "hidden" anything was to delete history/cookies when checking from someone else's computer (like from my Mom's over thanksgiving). It's not that I'm keeping anything secret, I just don't want them to autocomplete into a bondage site or be logged into my collarme messages by accident. I do the same to keep my mom from visiting slashdot.org by accident.

The only thing i may do online that is a secret is if i am buying a gift. Other wise i dont hide or do anything secretly. My hub can stand right next to me and i dont hide or close the page. i have never.

I access it whenever I want. I have not told anyone. I delete the cookies and cache but not for any reasons that stem from this site.

Me too! I have 8 boards that I go to. Granted some are small and not much goes on most days, but I still pop in.

Some of the smaller boards are the most fun, posters have an opportunity to get to know each other, support each other, on-line chat cocktail parties, etc.

I've got friends that know what my tastes are and some that are curious but on the whole I keep it to myself. My family know cos they have stumbled upon me while I am looking but I wouldn't have told them cos I know they dont undersatnd.

I live with my wife (who doesn't play) and I typically clean and delete histories. I'm not exactly hiding anything since I know she knows about this, but I'm not slapping her in the face with it either. Even my Sub doesn't know I come to CM. I enjoy having the ability to ask questions, get ideas and learn things here without her knowing that I'm doing it.

I'm not ashamed of what sites I enjoy online, or what I do. If I had to be "sercret" about it, or deliberately delete things, everytime I signed on, I wouldn't bother with getting online in the first place.

I live alone....well, with my two cats, actually...so I can do what I want. Nothing to hide here. Two of my friends know the true extent of my proclivities. Others just know that I am "available".

I have friends that I am not out to, but I have a private email address, so my family doesn't need to see my bookmarks. Of course, at any given moment, a 97 yr old is liable to come in and hang with me, so I have to learn about the fast use of the "minimize" key! Wouldn't want to excite her toooo much.......

I can't get to this site at work, and hey, when I am at work, I am *working*.

I am not out to my family except for my daughter. Most of my friends are in this lifestyle, so there isn't a problem. This is my computer and what I do is my business only..I like the boards on cm. I'm not on any others..

OK I only just (just as in less than an hour ago!) finished my last exam of high school. I go (went) to an all boy's school. You can't let it get out that you cry during "I am Sam", let alone tell people that you think it would be neat for a girl to piss on you while laughing in your face.

I live with my Mom and she doesn't know. I don't tell anyone and I delete my history dilligently.

Having now the lifestyle I sought out from an early age (I knew I was different back when I was ten), I needn't hide from anything. It's really alien to me, thinking of having to cover one's tracks like that...must get quite tedious!

Well....it is a great way to meet like minded people.

Congrats on finishing highschool. I never did....and was 44 years old before i took my GED.

I think most people would be surprised of my interest in BDSM, I have nothing to hide it's just something that doesn't always come up in convo. My best friend knows, but he doesn't really get it.. I have my own computer so joy!

I hide nothing. There's no point. Of my two guys that I share my life with, one is a super-geek who can find anything he really wants to find online. He lurks around on some personals sites, so I'm pretty sure he reads a lot that I post. I also have no problem with them reading over my shoulder as I type. Like I said, there's nothing about my desires that I hide from them. It's up to them to bring it up in conversation, though. Tact is about not throwing it in their faces.
I love them both very dearly, and they can choose to be a part of this aspect of my life or not, but it's their choices to make. No point in hiding anything, that would just imply that it was worthy of guilt, which I do not believe my kink to be.
