My favorite recipe is Macaroni Cassarole or something or other.

Mac and cheese, throw in tuna, peas and corn.

A good dinner cheat is buying the family size lasagna's from the store.

Another one of my favorite dinners is rice pilaf.

Brown assorted amount of rice with butter.

throw in enough water
cut up veggies and throw them in.

Sometime i subsitute chicken broth for water as its all simmering.

And sometimes i broil chicken, cut it up skin and all and throw it in.

Good well balanced meal.

i do sort of the same thing with spagetti.

With the sauce i throw in assorted veggies. Adds flavor and nutrients.

Another good cheat meal is those tuna helpers. Personally i cant stand hamburger helper, but tuna helper is good = )

And tonight we had little steak filets wrapped in bacon with mashed potatoes and cold green beans from the can. LOL

Lest we forget.......

most men cannot sport wood 24/7 nor can a woman have proud nipples for this time.

Basics.....eat, warm, social interaction, needs fullfiled and life...can we find romance in that when the kids have filled the basement and ran a baseball bat thru every window because.........well, yah because.....

what a nice and reasonable thread.........and I of course am not reasonable

I would love it if any of you had this recipe

it has zucchini , cheese and tomato sauce all cooked up in a big pot

it is incredibly delicious but I don't know what it is called

This post is from quivvvvvvvvvvvvvers little fat boy:

0.5 c celery
0.5 c onion
0.5 c g/y/r pepper

1.5 c wild rice (cook in chicken base water according to direction)

4T cayenne
3 T black
2.5 paprika
2 T mustard
2 T cumin
1 T thyme
1 T oregano
GARLIC....at least 3T
BAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 # pork, ground

seasoning together
boil rice according to plan
cook pork
add in seasoning, hot
when the smoke kills you add vegies

dump in butter in 55 gallon drums

salt to taste......

correct the recipe to your style

A roux is not a mother sauce. A roux is the base of some of the mother sauces, and is simply a thickener. And can be a very tasty thickener at that.
