You still don't seem to grasp the important point of consent when it comes to public humiliation, even though it has been mentioned here. Handcuffing someoneone to a rail at a restaurant is pretty rude to the people and families who came there to have a normal meal. Did you consider that?

There are several different brands and strengths of tingle tanning lotion sold at various indoor tanning salons (and even Wal-Mart). I prefer one called Smoulder. It is one of the most intense tingle products on the market, and the length of aggitation really varies with the person and their skin's sensativity (but usually between 3 and 5 hours). This is a product where a little really does go a long way, and it can be tooooooo intense if too much product is used.

The main reason I am so 'benevolent' (as you put it) is because of the length of time it takes for burning to subside. I got the idea to use this product after putting some on my legs (just from the knee down) while tanning one day because of a girlfriend's suggestion. I went to tan at 4:30 that afternoon, and at 1am I was still awake because the burning was so intense. Water only aggrivates the irritation and kicks it into a higher gear, so it really does require the neutralizer spray to make it tolerable and enjoyable. Because the burning is soooooooooooooo intense, it is difficult for a subbie to concentrate which is what makes the little 'assignments' so entertaining.
