False. I always know where everything is. Until Master moves it when He comes home.

TPBM is a neat freak.

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 9:45:31 PM)

False. I usually know where things are.

TPBM knows exactly how much money is in the checking account.

MyCaptainsPet -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 9:46:50 PM)

Down to the last penny...

I sure do! Another big 1-liter Yamaha sportbike....vrooooooommm!! And I know who I want on the back of it, too.

TPBM thinks cars are awfully slow.

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 10:31:28 PM)

False. But I've ridden a bike screamingly fast.

TPBM is afraid of motorcycles.

not me...and since we seem to be doing each other's posts:

It’s quarter to three,
There’s no one in the place ’cept you and me
So set ’em’ up joe
I got a little story I think you oughtta know

We’re drinking my friend
To the end of a brief episode
So make it one for my baby
And one more for the road

I know the routine
Put another nickel in that there machine
I’m feeling so bad
Won’t you make the music easy and sad

I could tell you a lot
But you gotta to be true to your code
So make it one for my baby
And one more for the road

You’d never know it
But buddy I’m a kind of poet
And I’ve got a lot of things I wanna say
And if I’m gloomy, please listen to me
Till it’s all, all talked away

Well, that’s how it goes
And joe I know you’re gettin’ anxious to close
So thanks for the cheer
I hope you didn’t mind
My bending your ear

But this torch that I found
It’s gotta be drowned
Or it soon might explode
So make it one for my baby
And one more for the road

tpbm knows who sang that^

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 10:36:53 PM)

Nope...you're gonna have to tell me.

TPBM has seen Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen.

mnottertail -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 10:40:08 PM)

Nope, there is no freer feeling in the world than to have a full dress hog rolling down the road behind you as you skid down the pavement wearing only a red checked short sleeve shirt and painters jeans........

It is a time in your life when you can come to appreciate textiles.

The scab, although painful is a wonderful conversation piece and gets you some girls, so it ain't all bad.

TPBM has an unsolvable problem.

and that was "one for my baby" made famous by that old blue eyed crooner himself.

tpbm knows now who that is

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 10:42:45 PM)

tpbm knows the words to those oldies and has been known to sing them at full throttle

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 10:59:23 PM)

True! And now I have someone to sing them to...and with. Aaannnd...she's my slave, so she has to listen...hah!

TPBM is glad to own a pair of Bose noise cancelling headphones.

praise be to bose for inventing those wonderous headphones! yes, i have them.

tpbm plays more than one instrument, other than his slavegirl of course.

DesertRat -> RE: The Person Beneath Me (2/24/2006 11:05:42 PM)

Well, let's see...the slavegirl...the drums...here's where it gets dicey: the euphonium, but it's been a really long time. I am, however, a truly gifted kazoo player...been likened to Coltrane, in fact.

TPBM is tonedeaf.
