To all of you



As you know CollarMe is quickly growing. We strive very hard to keep up with the message boards and the profiles. As you might guess, the job is huge.

So we ask this of you, while viewing profiles, should you come across something that would seem to not belong, notify one of us on the personal's side. Examples would be, beastiality, prostitution, under age members, children, crotch shot's as a lead photo ect. If you have questions as to what is or is not acceptable just mail one of us and ask.

We appreciate all of you and I personally find this site full of thoughtful, intelligent members. We would like to see everyone happy, and continue to watch the site grow. I cannot express enough how happy I am with the way the site is growing. I know many of you have come to call this place home, and we are glad to have all of you here.

Should you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact one of us. We will do all we can to answer questions and help you in any ways we possibly can.

Again, thank you to all. You are what makes CollarMe such a great place!

Perhaps require the lead photo to be a 'clothed' photo. This does a few things - sometimes members, claiming they only have nude photos, post the photos of other people on their ads. Requiring a clothed photo weeds out some of the less then legitimate folks. Also, I made the mistake of turning my 'search' options to include men, to see if someone was online. The first photo I saw was a male submissive on his hands and knees, looking back over his shoulder at the camera with his ass to the camera. While I'm certain that's great for some folks, it was a bit stomach turning for me.

Oh, and as a small favor? Is there a way to add 'Georgia' font to the drop down default Fonts for the message boards? As you can probably tell it's my favorite ;)

Clothed pix requirements works for me...not fond of seeing anyone's ass or dick unless it belongs to the one I'm sleeping with (currently none, lol) but yes, I'll keep a heads up for things while I'm browsing around here.

I would like to thank all the moderators as well.

While I suppose shots of people's genitalia are offensive to some, I have issues with the idea of censorship. Where does the line get drawn? How draws the line? More so because this lifestyle has an inherent unsavory reputation in the real world, I would not recommend us starting to go at each other.

If a person thinks the most interesting thing about them is their genitalia, the biggest emotional connection I have is a sense of sadness about their lack of a sense of self-worth.

Second- nudity is allowed, we ask that closeup "crotch shots" or very graphic photo's not be the lead picture in a profile however.

And I will send the request to add 'Georgia' font to the developers.

No promises, it is not up to me.

Status: offline 		I am going to join the chorus and say Thank you as well. I haven't actually had any problems (that I know of) but if I do I know who to call (write, hollar at, lol).

As for the profiles, I don't generally browse them. I get forum replies in my mailbox and I can reply to them from there. If I come on to check my mail/messeges, the only profile I see is whatever is being featured and only as long as it takes for me to get to my messege box. So it isn't a problem for me. When checking the profile of those who email me, if they have a photo, what I see first may determine how I respond to them, because it tells me something about them.

Status: offline 		Last count was 4 if I am not mistaken. 1,3, & 4 being females with 2 being the lone male (though I am not postive of that, just know when there were 2 Dread mentioned one of each and 3 & 4 are both females.)

but

I am having a problem with the photos - when I click on the photo>> button to try and get to the persons next photo in their profile, cm just goes to either a 'blank' where the photo should be or back to the top of the page with the same photo showing - is this because a: I am using a Macintosh? b: online through aol? c: browsing using Netscape Navigator 6? or d: some other reason?

oh yeah - having similar problem with the profile videos - nothing comes on but a blank screen - the whole screen 'blinks' a couple of times and then nothing but plain white where photo/video should be

personally I have no objections to nude or crotch shots (being male and looking at the submissive female ads of course I am not going to have a problem with nudies) - and if I am looking to see if a certain male is online, usually I just type in his handle in the advanced search to find him specifically

just my tuppence

I have reported violations a couple of times, but had not thought to say anything about the nudity, usually I just get out my magnifying glass shake my head and move on. As I too cannot see the webcam pictures I have no idea what they show. I wish you well in your chosen position, wicked smile, trying to help, advise, and monitor a bunch of headstrong Dominants, and sweet, mischievious submissives. Tess

I have the same problems you do with pics and video. I also use a Mac and netscape. I don't use aol, though. I think it's the mac that's the problem. I tried using the microsoft browser once on the same computer and had the same difficulties.
