My girlfriend just recently brought up fisting (and quite unexpectedly) so I'm lovin the comments. It should be interesting because I think its something we both really want to experience (giving and receiving). I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm kind of nervous, but in the good way.

My ex used to love fisting. SHe had 2 kids so was already quite stretched, first time i did it to her i was very careful, but once you get used to it, it's lotsa fun. I found doing a clenching pulse thing with my hand really made her scream in ecstacy. Luckily she was also a squirter so we never needed lube lol.

lots of good advice on fisting in this thread. from experience fisting and being fisted here's what works for me

1. lube, lube lube--not just one application. keep adding lube around the opening
2. get her very excited, lots of foreplay and go slowly. playing with the clit might help her relax.
3. do NOT jerk your hand out suddenly. just cease all motion until your sub can relax
4. do not force it. i expect a burning sensation but not tearing or bleeding
5. sometimes do it on my back but find it easier facing down
6. play it safe by using gloves. I'm very experienced but still use gloves. find that hand is more slippery, does not absorb any of the lube
7. fist will form naturally after knuckles pass through the tight part
8 what goes in must come out, so listen to the sub when pulling out. keep reminding her to relax. it is possible for the sub to help push out the hand, but not necessary
9. if it doesn't work, dont' feel bad. some hands are just too large, in my opinion

Hi Tade:
I am a sub who LOVES to be fisted. I have had similar experiences when a Domme fists me right: a tremendous build up to a series of linked orgasms, sometimes crying as well (yes, a near religious experience), ending with one massive, shattering orgasm, while I squirt out a torrent of love juice. I sometimes black out for 25-20 seconds at that point but I love it.
