Like Siamsa says, If some one puts up a open network, then they are inviting anybody to use it. I live in a subdivision and there are five wireless networks in range. I've the only one that is secured. I can log on to my nieghbors network anytime I wish. Not a lot of legality about it. Now if I cracked an administators profile and started stealing their data for any reason, then there would be legal issues. So I'll make to suggestions to you stormsfate any any bodt else. If you and your Master are looking at wireless. The Dlink 108 is the fastest network on the market thus far and when you do set it up, secure it with WEP encryption.
