You don't have to be Bi-sexual or do a bi-sexual act to be submissive to someone, or to be considered a submissive. Only the weak minded believe that what they think is absolute for everyone.

Some masters can insist that in order for you to submit to him/her, you have to do such a thing...but other masters would not tollerate such an act as they may feel intimacy is too personal to share. It's just different for everyone. :)

Glad to hear the reference to 'former Master' in the OP.

What absolute delusional clap-trap.

Perhaps what he was trying to say was that he would like a threesome.

Because you are his 'slave' you will of course be instantly attracted to other women (cos he said so) and no doubt spend hours gazing a his significant Playboy collection before selecting a particularly attractive, and bosom fellow 'slave' (who you would be hugely attracted to cos he said so), and the pair of you could undertake steamy erotic lesbian girl on girl action for Him, just like he saw in that video last year when he was 15. Course no doubt the pair of you would have multiple 'organisms' while he gazed on in a Masterly way while no doubt playing with himself...

God, I feel myself working up to a good rant any moment now...but coffee beckons...

Cheers

At ASU (AZ State), when dinosaurs walked the earth, it was taught that human sexuality is on a continuum.....

i agree.
i have swung from lezphobic to lez curious; from homophobic to total acceptance; from "morally" straight to definately bisexual......
Which behaviour i indulge in is my choice.
Which behaviour i am made to fullfill for the other's pleasure and fulfillment, is still MY ultimate choice, based on factors at that time in my life.

i know some women who accuse men of being such bad lovers that they have turned lez.... to me, personally, this is BS...to own ones' own behaviour and be responsible for it is a lost art of honor and integrity.

The answer is simple, never get involved with a top who will seek to violate your sexual orientation if it matters to you that much.

It may be something that "THEY" has issues with. but that does not mean YOU have to have an issue with.
EVERYONE is different and thats ok

sarbonn -> RE: No sub/slave can be straight... (6/10/2005 12:19:50 PM)

I'm straight. Always have been straight. Been in lots of different bdsm relationships that never attemped to somehow turn me non-straight.

This SO sounds like a dom fantasy of having two bi slaves so he can watch and/or interact. Hey, I have those fantasies, and I'm not even dominant. But if it turns out to be true, sign me up please.

MissMarmaladolly -> RE: No sub/slave can be straight... (6/12/2005 5:26:31 AM)

If it is a commited relationship, of course a slave can be straight! You focus your sexual energy and orientation solely to him, and he should respect your wishes. I think this is also as pointless as a person in a 'devoted' relationship with the same sex claim they're bisexual, if the partner is not keen to infidelity.

fillepink -> RE: No sub/slave can be straight... (6/12/2005 6:28:37 AM)

the notion that all submissives must be bi-sexual has been a -- pardon me -- pain in my ass. i am 49 and only discovered D/s last january, so i have been uncertain about many things, but i am FOURTY NINE years old and i KNOW i am straight.

so what, then, would be the conclusion? that straight women cannot participate in the lifestyle? even i know pure bulls**t when i hear it on this site..of course straight women are welcome..straight men certainly are..as well as people of all other sexual orientations. mutual respect should be offered and returned, and orientation respected, for what could be a more personal matter than that? if my orientation is not respected, how can a man turn around and claim he respects ME?

i have been asked over and over if i am bi-sexual; i answer "no" and am usually i am hounded. i have received email from lesbian Dommes who say They have "decided" i shall belong to Them. sraight men ask over and over would i do a 3way. this is not just harrassment; it's disrespect of the first water -- and i do not respond like a shrinking violet after a couple of attempts at being polite.

what strikes me as odd is i have lesbian girlfriends and straight girlfriends in real life, but have never even met a bi-sexual woman in real life; yet here on this site, men tell me they are common as pennies. when the things men claim over the net do not jive with my real life experience, i think "bulls**t".

as an aside to A/anyone interested, Bush has proposed an amendment to the US Constitution prohibitting gay marriage; the effect of such an amendment would be far-reaching as to gay rights to housing; jobs; adoption; and so forth. To contribute Y/your voice (or cash); join the Human Rights Campaign. They are doing a great job...do not fall asleep at the wheel; these are dangerous times for people who are not straight.

It might be generational. For instance, I have plenty of bi friends but know very few sworn lesbians. I think that's because there used to be a lot more stigma against bi people- and there still is. Being bi means you don't belong- lesbians think you're straight and just trying to be cool, and men think you're really lesbian but just don't want to admit it and be able to live as a socially acceptable person. Thus, many woman who sleep with both sexes will identify as "lesbian," and some of them will identify as being straight. I've gotten messages from woman identifying as straight on other dating sites with the message "I want to fk you with a stap-on." There still is that stigma, but I think a lot of people have been getting away from it and labeling themselves as bi.

Lepidoptera -- i had to read Your post three times before i felt i had the jist of it...proving once again that real BDSM is not for dummies..ty for helping me understand.

BTW, i can't help notice that no one seems to agree that only lesbians and bi-sexual women can be submissives or slaves. i guess W/we have come to an agreement that straight women can be submissives or slaves as well. that was fast. he, he fillepink

testlimit -> RE: No sub/slave can be straight... (6/12/2005 9:17:21 PM)

Well first off i think you need to be clear on what the definition of submisive versus slave.

See to me, while a slave might be expected to please who they are told to please, a submissive would have a choice. Submission doesn't equal total loss of autonomy, for that matter niether does slavery, neccesarily (we're talking about people here so no two situations are going to be the same).

It is perfectly reasonable for either a sub or a slave to be straight. all being straight means is that you are only attracted to person's of the oppisite sex. If your Dom/Master/Mistress is any good, they will respect your preferences in general. That's not to say you would never be expected to please someone of the same sex, but it would be with the understanding that it's because you're trying to please your Dom, not out of any enjoyment. As an occasional excerise in power it might be ok, but if your Dom is repeatedly forcing you into these situations that they know bothers you, you might want to think about finding a new Dom. You're submission, and yes even your slavery is a choice. You are the only one who can choose to obey. I think that's something alot of submissives tend to forget. It's situations like that, that give the BDSM community a bad name.

I hope I'm making my point clear. I'm not condemning having your sub/slave do things they don't want to do, I'm pointing out the difference between it being a character building excercise, which is great, and being abusive, which isn't.

pygmalionsub -> RE: No sub/slave can be straight... (6/12/2005 9:40:20 PM)
