Not sure I have ever been "okay" but I do appreciate the fact that you asked.

I figure if I find the perfect sub who will paint my house, getting her to wash the windows as well should be a fait accompli.

I will make some changes and use your suggestions. I am thinking Empresse`, give it a tad o' Euro-flair, oui?
