What the heck is this icon in so many of the profiles, the one where the smiley's face is looking back and forth at these two semi-circles. Then he pops up and grins. I thought at first that he was reading a book, but now I'm doubting it. Is he rimming? Is he staring at breasts? What is he supposed to be doing??? This is driving me nuts.

I've seen that one in the chat rooms. I think its a smiley looking at boobs but not sure.

I always took it to be a smiley that was going down on a woman (as seen from the head of said woman...so you're staring down between the boobs). I had not considered rimming, but I can see that too, now that you mention it.

I see 3 possibilities

1. As MizSuz stated - view of smiley performing cunnilingus as seen from the womans viewpoint
2. As you stated - smiley is rimming and very happy about it
3. Smiley is a woman shaking her boobs at a man and then smiling about it
