It all depends, I'm an emotional eater so- if I'm really really moody...could be a few times a day!

i personally eat between 5-7 times a day, granted meals that are smaller and close together rather than large meals dispursed 3 times a day, i'm a certified personal trainer and it's just healthier if Y/you eat more times a day, it speeds up Y/your *metabolism* and actually gives Y/you more energy to use through out the day, granted the opposite effect can be achieved if all Y/you eat is junk food lol, but that's all dependant on the P/person at hand... just giving my humble oppinion.

Before I got a hold of myself, it was once... non-stop from the time I started to the time I went to bed. NOW, 80 pounds less of me weighing the south down, usually twice.

Usually during the weekends I have one rather large meal a day each day. During the weeks a small lunch while at work and something a little more substantial after I get home, though not really a lot.

Also the ocassional doughnut for breakfast. Mmmmm, doughnuts.

This is a dangerous topic for me...If I am home most of the day {I work from home} then I can and will eat about 7-9 times a day. Not large meals but small meals. If I am out of the house then I will only eat maybe 1 or twice with minimal snacking.

I have been trying to get this under control for a long time.

i typically tend to eat once or less a day. It's probably the reason i'm so big...slow metabolism and all that :(
