However, that really depends on whether or not it is Sciatica, and what the treatment is/whether or not surgery is required. Whatever the case, I would recommend getting it seen to as soon as possible and avoiding that area in "play" altogether for now. Again, as Sherri said, there are plenty of other areas for impact play.
