No they are not the same. I say that on the basis of hear say since I've never been a woman.

I have heard that females can reach a "mini-orgasm" via other erogenous zones. Without some stimulation of the penis I can not do something similar.

Females get horny frustrated via lack of access. Guys get horny and frustrated via pain. (I'm not pierced, I've heard piercing s make it possible to be erect without pain.) No Chaste females apply ice in the morning to control their morning hard on.


The "desire" gets worse (at least for me). When you take it off then it takes about a second for the penis to realize it does not hurt anymore and stand at attention. Finally cumming is like a ten when regular orgasms are like a 2. This may be because a guy crossing a dessert drinking a glass of water will think it is the best darn water he's ever had.:) There is more to it than that, though. Some differences are physical.

If masturbating, be aware that you shoot farther. You also have more to shoot. The spasms (for lack of a better word) in the penis afterward seem more pronounced.

You can have a "soft dry" orgasm by stimulation of the prostate. There is a lovely little toy available called an "aneros" which massages the prostate. I prefer this over my hand because my hands are small and I have a harder time keeping right on top of the prostate.
The last time I used on my submissive, it kept him on the edge of an orgasm for a good 40 minutes which was absolute torture for him. Not quite enough to go over the edge but there all the same.

Milking has a slightly different effect. Draining via prostate massage but without a earth shattering orgasm. You might feel a little pleasure but not a great deal and it still leaves the male horny as hell. Oh well, too bad, so sad :)
