I was webserfing for anime and I saw this site where they claim that lolicon is japanese for pedophile is that true?

of all the anime, hentai and manga on the net, this is the most disgusting and should be removed, if that is at all possible.

I didn't ask if it was disgusting I asked if it truely did mean pedo.
