I have no idea where to put this so I'm putting it here. This is a repost from my livejournal entry. Just codifying how strange I am.

I'm trying to codify a few things, bear with me while I ramble:

Seems I'm into a lot of different fetishes, but not the "standard" ones.

* Into restraint
* Into Service (taking care of my chosen person)
* Into mumification (restraint)
* Into being caged (restraint)
* Into helplessness (restraint and not being in control)
* Into power exchange (giving my ability to choose to another)
* Into crossdressing
* Into princess fantasies (yes, I do dream of being in beautiful ball gowns and looking beautiful)
* Into sensual play
* Into furry play (cat specifically)
* Into pony play (wanting to only live in the moment)
* Into boot/high heel worship
* Into the meditation and working through the flogging
* Into Chastity belts
* Into corsetry
* Into costume play (especially Edwardian/Victorian dresses)
* Into collar and cuffs
* Into PLAYING with floggers/singletails/whips, not being hit by them.
* Fear or non-thought
* Into full mouth (Gag, bit, sucking things)

Not into

* Pain
* knives
* abuse
* bootblacking (polishing shoes and boots)
* humiliation
* Piercing
* infantilization
* blow jobs (either recieving or giving them)

At times into

* pain (to see what I can take and stand, pride thing)
* humiliation (as a vehicle to shifting consciousness)
* sex (I have a low sex drive but still mastrubate, getting little from it)
* rape (as in me being attacked and raped, not me attacking others I want to make that plain)
* being owned (I get very hot when I think of having a tattoo and being listed on the slave registry and having a chip implanted to locate me, then reality sets in)
* Causing pain

I look at this list and go "wow, I'm fucked up." Some of these dovetail together understandibly, but others make me go "WTF??? How can I be into that, but not that which is the same damned thing...?"

Don't know what this means, just listing it for me.

Most people's lists of kinks tend to be "weird" like that.

If it made sense and had a straight line reasoning, it would not be called a kink, now would it?

Your list looks pretty normal to me! Do you do lawns as well??? I HATE to mow...well, actually, I hate to run the weedeater. I can ride the lawn mower, no problem. LOL

(grin) Well, I can do lawns, used to enjoy it somewhat till my father spoiled my love of the outdoors by being demanding and abusive. But that's neither here nor there. ;-)

Anyhow, what, are you offering to trade something for lawn work?

Wow, I'm not the only person who C&P's things from LJ. I really don't think that's too odd of a list, even for a kinky community like this. Could always get into the mess of contradictions such a list written by me would be, but I have other things on my mind. Hey, if you wanna friend me there, the name is the same as it is here, minus capital letters of course.

Okay, maybe I just find it strange for a guy to do the whole "pretty princess" and "french maid" thing.

Must be my Mormon upbringing peaking out.

I don't mind feeling that way, I just don't understand why I feel that way. Normally if I can understand why it goes a long way to letting me accept it.

Must be one of those things.

Eric, I have to agree with others: it looks like a normal list to me. And logic doesn't enter into it, but emotions do - if it feels right to you, that is what matters.

You seem to be a really together guy, who is also plain spoken and down to earth. I wish you had time to post more often, because your comments are always worth reading.

BTW, nice avatar. Did you draw it?

To the outsiders we appear to be a strange lot prone to do even stranger things and have outrageous desires. But to one outside the outsiders and inside this lifestyle, the outsiders appear to suffer from unreasonable meekness and self-delusion regarding their claim to normalcy. We at least have the courage to be what our natures (twisted though they may be), tell us we should be doing.. So who is normal? Those who fear to recognise a primal drive or those who embrace it?

No, I didn't draw it. Friend of mine named rose_quoll did on commission. Cost me $20 and took 6 months to get it but it was worth is I think.
