It means that someone has been misconducting themselves against the terms and aggreement policy here on collarme.com Untill the issue is settled by the Member and the Mods, the member is on a sort of probation where every message has to first be approved. It may not have anything at all to do with past post on the message boards but some sort of investigation as well to verifiy certian facts as to there profile and certain trolling alligations that has occured.

By some miricle I've yet to make it on the Mods SHIT LIST. A admire them for what tolerance they have. At worst I've had threads moved around here and there and I've been booted off a few chat groups. So If I'm still here posting Wolf, I seriously doubt that you'll ever by on the "Waiting Approval" catagory.

Take care and just keep being yourself.

You pretty much summed it up in one go.

Speaking from a wealth of experience on the subject matter its when you either flame someone, do something against the TOS, um abuse the mods, critise the boards.

When you come back...

If you disobey those again within quick sucession then you get banned for a set period of time.

After that I have no idea.
