What do you eat the day after Thanksgiving? We do open face turkey sandwiches with gravy, in front of a good TV program.

Pretty much what I eat any other day of the year. I don't eat meat of any sort....so no turkey beyond cooking it for the crowd the day of.

A baked potato sounds good.

OK I must admit I had a turkey sammich and it was fantastic! Why does it always taste better cold and a day old???

Because I hate to cook more than twice a week, I had the exact same thing I ate yesterday, which will probably be the same thing I will have tomorrow at lunch time. Good thing my daughter will be coming to take me out for dinner, or i'd be having a marathon of stuffing and cranberry sauce, cornish hens and peas with rice

Oh and I've got to do this all over again next weekend, my nephew and nieces are coming over for a post holiday celebration. I just bought a 22 lb Turkey. They will be taking most of that bird home.
