I was sitting here wondering what items people collect as a hobby outside of BDSM items. Now, I know that what I collect isn't very domly but I have been collecting teddy bears for years now. I have about 40 or so. Some are expensive Boyd bears some are bears I got for $.99, but each of them has something unique that I like about them.

So? What do you collect?

I want a teddy bear now, dammit. Actually, since I'm so used to moving from place to place, I can't acquire much in the way of collectibles that actually mean much.

But my grandparents collect Santas. They had over 600 at last count.

Lets see.... Chuck E Cheese tickets (over 15,000 of them and I still can't decide what to buy), those state quarters, movie ticket stubs (over 75 of em starting back in 2001), and don't even get me started on the trading cards I have (pokémon, yu-gi-oh, Magic the Gathering, lord of the rings, etc.)... let's just say I'm a bit neurotic with things lol

Ever since I've been little I've had this thing for Rocks. Although I've got a box full by now from here and there But I've noticed in the last few years I'm picking up Feathers now too. Then again there is that small box of Pocket Watches, and of course the Horses.

You've hit the spot- I'm a huge collector!

I've got a small, but fine collection of old numbers matching muscle cars, which include 69' and 71' Big block Vette's, 69 and 70 390 AMX's , 69' Chevelle SS 396 - low horsepower version , and finally a 72' 350 El Camino which I've managed to keep since high school.

I also have an exceptional collection of tribal art with a special emphasis on pieces from the interior river valleys of New Guinea and Borneo.

And last but not least, a collection of knives, which include everything from fine handmade's to antique Indo-Persian daggers.

I think hobbies are essential part of a long life.

I collect SFMBF Phantom of the Opera, as well as all things Phantom, and I used to collect Just the Right Shoe (miniature shoes). After obtaining all ofthe first 3 years releases, I realized there were simply too many, so I quit collecting them...lol.

I also collect Rocky Horror Memorabilia. :)

Let's see. I collect decorative boxes and journals. I rarely use them but if one catches my eye, I generally can't keep myself from buying it. I think I enjoy the potential they have to hold things more than actually filling them with anything.

I've also been accused of collecting arts and crafts supplies that I never use. I say I just haven't used them yet.
