I decided to look up deep throating techniques today, looking for ways to suppress my gag reflex, and I came across a website that mentioned dentists using electolyte tablets containing sodium, chloride, bicarbonate, calcium, and potassium to suppress the gag reflex for certain dental procedures. It also mentioned the use of troches (special throat lozenges) and electrolyte lollipops. Does anyone know where I could get these products and if the products could harm the person receiving oral sex?

I can't figure out how this would hurt the recipient, but I would have concerns about the electrolytes that the giver is taking. My concern would be messing up your electrolyte balance by taking these tabs or lollipops.

As a technique, its both diffficult and over-rated. Figure 6 months to a year to learn it.

What makes it easier for me is that i focus on relaxing and i dont have any problems on gagging.....it doesnt mean that it works for everyone, but for me it does.

With practice of course

Believe it or not, my sis taught me how to deep throat..we used a "big stick" popcicle..it helped me since it numbs your throat being so cold. Plus you can "practice" anytime...the real thing is better of course IMO, but its a start.

If you lie on your back on the bed with your head just hanging over the edge it also helps immensly. Not sure why, I just know it helps.

It helps because it makes it a straighter path to the throat and makes less of a curve to negotiate.

Cranial,
I saw your topic and was curious too. I did read all the replys on this subject. All seem like great suggestions. But, I have a small freak'in mouth, they have to use childrens films to take x-rays at the dentist. So, this has always been a huge problem for me. What's a petite gal to do??

this slave has tried the deep breathing and trying to relax when deep throating but finds she still gags.......she wishes to please Master and see the smile on His face when she has, but gets flustered and embarassed when she gags while trying to deep throat...

any suggestions? ok now this is going to sound funny, weird or strange, but she has even tried deep throating a banana and finds she still gags on that....so trying to practice using a banana to deep throat is out.

please help this slave to find a way to overcome this problem.

I have tried most of the techniques offered here and i still gag, and i am not a novice by any means.

SO lately i was lucky to find doms who like the gagging that i do on them. I may never be able to deep throat it seems and i still try and do the best i can.

I don't think men are nearly as bothered by gagging as we are. So I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Instead of a banana, I'd recommend a flexible dildo. You will gag in the beginning. But just keep at it, like any other thing you might practice. Try a certain amount of time, once or twice a day. You also might want to think about asking your Master to train you.

I do think that anatomy has something to do with ability, btw, because some people find deep-throating easy and others find it difficult. Still, I think it is possible for most people to learn.

*smile* alwayzron - I have to agree with you becuase I have found in my experience that most guys love to find a woman who will both suck and swallow - and while I dont gag that much it truly doesnt seem to bother them - its the effort put into doing the job that counts :-)

The first person I was able to deep-throat with was my Master, and I think it had a lot to do with him being the first man I'd been with who I wanted so much to please.

I relate to getting flustered and embarassed when you gag, unfortunately, because it sometimes happens with me. Awful, isn't it?? BUT, from what I can tell from the look on my Master's face, when he sees that it's just a momentary gag (I think we've all heard the stories of the girls for whom it turned into more!!!), it doesn't bother him in the least. I also think that it gives a Dom pleasure to know that you are doing that for him, and the fact remains that you wouldn't be gagging if he weren't big enough to make you do that!! ;) :D

But, like with anything, I suppose practice makes perfect. I like to use my Master for practice (:P), but I agree that a dildo (one the same size as him would probably be a good idea...) would probably work really well. If you keep going even after your gag reflex has kicked in, you can learn to suppress it.

and cranialcarnage.... i agree with velvetvixen that you'd want to be really careful about taking those... if they're just used by dentists for procedures, they might contain really high levels which could damage you... If you're serious about taking them, I'd ask your doctor (just say you're taking it as a supplement.. lol), so he/she can make sure it's not too much, and/or measure your blood levels.

back when i used to still be striaght.. i found it useful to exhale as you take the penis in your mouth deeply, and inhale as you pull it out. here is a website that might give you some clues or other techniques your partner might enjoy more than deepthroating.

try a search for dental supplies/dentist supplies

also, a trick I've had slaves do is to try and let it go down your throat straight--like a sword swallower. It's helped several of My slaves.

I've always found the more relaxed I was and not stressing into it, made it so much easier to do.

Although it doesn't help when Master ENJOYS hearing me gag and slams his cock down my throat to my toes just to hear it....
