The parachute doesn't go over the cock. It's attached to the top of the ball sack, just under the cock. Erect or slack, it should make no difference.

Have him put it on before he gets to stimulated. That or get him off first then put it on him and have him get hard again.

If you apply wet heat, like holding a small bowl of warm water so the ball sack hangs into it, or have him sit and and put the bowl under him, his scrotum will drop lower and it should be easier to apply the parachute. You can also massage and stretch the scrotum to make the skin warmer and more pliable. You can also try a heating pad, but wet heat works better and is quicker. The parachute doesn't go around the cock, just the ball sack.

Good luck,

Celeste

As noted, the parachute goes around the balls, not the cock.

You may want to pick up a book called "The Family Jewels"....it's an enjoyable, conversational book about CBT.

Too bad these things don't come with instructions!
I wanted to add that when I have used a parachute, I always made the boy put it on himself. Same with cock rings, the tube to a chastity device and so on. things are easier that way for you, and you can tease and make fun and generally make everything more difficult for him.

That's why it's called play...

I often find it is easier if you have a visual. Here are a few photos of a parachute being used:

I also recommend the Family Jewels http://www.greenerypress.com/fj.htm You should know about safety and internal structures before you go squeezing, pulling, stretching and poking.
