Here i go! My first local Munch! Looking forward to it, got the butterfly’s to get in formation and off i go!

Somewhat interesting that my first one happens to fall on Friday the 13th, during a full Moon! Good think i'm not superstitious

I had a great time! (they did not eat me lol - no one even bit, although i could tell one or two of them were thinking about it

The people were great and made me feel VERY welcomed. i could not have asked for more. Great food, and a chance to have some questions answered.

i am VERY happy that i attended and thank those of you who suggested this to me.

hope you are well! i have replied above as to my impressions of my first munch. it really was great, and i am already looking forward to my next.

i also got information on another group that meets in my own town (this one i attended is an hour away), so it also opened some new doors to me.

it was also very nice to meet some RL people that i can ask questions of, as i am a novice. Last night i also learned a few things ... like what a zipper is!

Actually Oscar, you do. Or at least you did - Your profiles says you are in the Albuquergue area, and according to Scene USA ( http://www.darkheart.com/sceneusa.html ), you can find:

There's also New Mexico: TNG - http://www.freewebs.com/nmtng/index.htm and their site seems much more current. They list a munch on the 2nd Saturday of the month. Check out their site for more info.

And lets not forget that PEP's National Headquarters is in Albuquerque too - http://www.peplove.com/. PEP refers folks to AEL for local support though. The National office seems mostly concerned with providing advertising space for Pro's.
