i hope this isn't a silly question, but i'm intrigued with the concept and would like to know more before i approach my Master with the discussion:

is it possible to safely and permanentlystretch (lengthen) nipples and/or clit? i know of suction devices and nipple stretchers for piercings. Are these temporary?

Any info would be appreciated.

Not sure about permanent, I know with cupping you can do this as a temporary thing. I also have one toy that uses O rings to keep them erect for a short period of time, but doesn't really stretch them. I guess this would be like anything else, if you were persistent with some form of stretching, they would likely stay that way after a while..but again, not positive on that, just seems logical.

Pumping or cupping is only temporary

Having ones nipples pierced does make them grow larger after a while
And if you are into nipple streatching wearing those a LONG time and slowly streatching yes they will get longer..
( but also would look really strange if you are not wearing the "streatcher"

Pumping isn't always temporary. If it's done regularly over a length of time, it can cause a permanent change.
