Himself, being a drummer, simply adores to beat out tunes on my ass with his matched crops. Wipeout is one of his favorites. The 13th was the anniversary of the day he collared me, so I got a few renditions as an anniversary present. ;)

I know there are several musicians that post, so... do you or are you able to extend your musical talents into scenes with your partners? I'd especially like to hear from harpists. ::chuckles::

I've always thought that America, from West Side Story makes a great accompaniment to cropping.

I'm not a musician, but I use music, rhythem, melody, beat, as part of my flogging/whipping. I play tuns in my head, write and perform symphonies. And this manifests itself in the way I interact with my sub/slave. There are soft interludes; and there are crashing, cascading crescendos. BDSM, the music of the mind.

They don't call it "staccato" for nothing...

Impact play lends itself well to percussion talents.

I always find it cute when people thread bells and such on their body.

I have an excellent conductor's baton that was a present years ago from My first sub--I was in orchestra and it meant a lot--smiles, its very stingy and allows Me to conduct My subs behavior as I deem necessary--it is also something that can travel in the car or My purse when we are out--heightens the edge a tad---smiles--

For many of us, it's not designed to be 'cute' but part of our spirituality and honoring of ancestors.

This link can help you with your understanding if you care to research it or google Sun Dance.

Yes, ritual pain/body modification/decoration is something I know and practice in my own life.

But I still find it cute when others do it.

Hmmm... Well, being an ex-musician/guitarist who used to practice 6-8 hours per day, I've got rather strong, fast, precise fingers -- plus they're just naturally loooooooooooong -- I'll let y'all use your imaginations on how they're of benefit to the ladies in my life.

LOL considering my local partner used to play sax...I can definitely agree that musicians have a few extra talents that I appreciate!

Ok try as I might..... I can't picture..... Sinatra music... and Sadist... together...

Even though I've always thought Sinatra had a natural Sadist way about him. Come to think if it.. I think the whole Rat Pack was a bunch of kinky sadistic great entertainers.... LOL...

Sinatra:

“My way”

“All or nothing at all”

“Come Fly with Me”

“Fly (sic) her to the moon”

“Nice “n” Easy”

“The way you look tonight”

‘I’ve got you under my skin”

“In the wee small hours of the morning”

With the exception of playing an instrument as a kid, no musical talent here.

I do love Latin music and have fond memories of evenings that began with sensual (stripping her, bringing her to her knees with the music) Rumba’s and or Boleros and ending with some hot hot hot scenes. The music certainly helped set the mood.

Some time ago, I bought an assortment of drum sticks at the local music store, I found the rib cage is a good place to use a bottom for a drum-either on the back or the chest.

When scening, I preferred to do so with music (and not an endless loop of Enigma's Sadeness as I've seen at some parties), so when my former sub built me a playroom, he wired speakers into all four corners, hid the subwoofer in a corner, and set it up so that I could connect my mp3 player into it easily. It was very cool.
