First I think of Fernando, that Billy Crystal character on Saturday Night Live, but then I remember he said "Marvelous", not fabulous.

So then I think of that kooky British tv show "Absolutely Fabulous"

The word fabulous reminds me of a jingle for an old 'Fab' laundry detergent commercial, and conjures up images of grass stained children with muddy doggie paw prints impressed upon thier clothing.
