It's Thanksgiving in Canada, and time to count my blessings.

I'm thankful for my health and my family, and all the wonderful kink friends and events in Vancouver that make my life meaningful and fun!

And I am especially thankful that I seem to have found the man who may very well earn the name Master.

If someone had tried to tell me 6 months ago that a newbie dom could convince me (without trying) that he could own and control this intelligent, strongwilled, deeply submissive woman in such a loving, joyful, but firm way...I would've argued the point to death.

The future is brighter than it has ever been...

Sounds like you're both truly blessed...

Happy Thanksgiving, Canada!!!

Good for you!

How do you celebrate? Do you have a huge dinner like we do here?

Always wanting to learn other customs.

Also congrats on the dom.

Yes, we do the whole turkey meal deal. In Canada this holiday is generally celebrated as a Harvest Feast, without the references to pilgrims and indians and such, as is traditional over the border.

It's a day to gather family, cook turkey, eat pumpkin pie...and just be thankful for everything we have.

It's not guite as big a holiday as it seems to be in the States.

In the US we will do anything to get a day off.

Seems I am forever a day late and a dollar short -- all the same,
A Happy Thanksgiving to you!

Thanks everyone for sharing in my happiness. So often we share our sorrows and forget to share our joys!
Thanksgiving was delicious!
