0 There is no spyware on that site (suprnova). Dependant upon what browser you use will determine pop ups. The site puts nothing on your computer. I use Azerus as my download component. I simply click on the file I want and it sends it directly to Azerus for download. You can also go to HERE, no spyware and see the top bit torrent sites on the web. The first one listed filesoup you cannot use a pop up blocker on as the torrents come in pop up form. Now, you also must have a fairly good computer system to use theses sites otehrwise you may end up getting errors and such when trying to download. This will not hurt your computer, you will just not be able to use the torrent sites. As I said, I like these sites for downloads as I have never recieved a bad file, and I have a lot of movies and progs from there. Kazza has gotten to where over half of the movies are not real. I would rather go to a site where the files are known to be real. As far as the site selling the Diaz movie, I have no ideal what you will get when you pay for it, I personally would not pay for it as it will be available in a matter of days..... if not hours. Mod3 *also, when the academy screeners get the copy's of movies to screen for awards, this is where you will find them.. before they even hit the theaters. You will also find the occasional "work print" of a film, right from the studio/production company. This does not happen near as often as it used to as the industry is now "marking" thier copies so they know who has one and they can determine who released it to the web by downloading the file and searching for the identifier.* Also, it is not illegal to download, it is to upload. With bit torrent you have to upload (share what you download). We have been useing it for almost 2 years and have never recieved a letter, and that is what happens first, you get a letter of warning. Best advice, do not download all the time, don't leave your computer downloading on a constant basis. If you download something you like burn it to cd, and take it off your computer so it is not there to share anymore. Make sure you burn it in the correct format so you can watch it on your computer if you choose to again. Some of the files can be burnt to cd and played in your dvd player, dependant upon the file type and your dvd player. If you have questions about this email me and I can try to help. However, my time on the boards is going to be sporadic, so it may be useful for anyone wishing to use this type or service to read up on bit torrents and how to extract files that need extracted or loading the proper codec's that some of the files may require to veiw them on your computer. Google is a beautiful thing, you can find most info there. Or you can go to Dslreports create an account for free and search the forums for help with these things, or any kind of computer help really. There are also several great forums there for Seti and also g-nome processing programs.
