i will provide the necessary information to allow a reasonable Man or W/woman to determine my credentials as time and execution of a retainer agreement require.
i offer a free 30 minute consultation by phone. My rates are generally $75 an hour, but some situations are priced dfferently. i deliberately keep my rates down to allow P/pl without alot of money to access services.
Planning for BDSM couples is different for established couples who wish to provide for the contingencies of disability or death; courting couples who need background checks done; newly formed couples who need a whole package of planning devices. There is no one "do it yourself" model and every state's applicable law is different.
i am able to offer services in any state, but do not make court appearances and cases of abuse, child custody, etc., are beyond my ability to help.
