i have 14 years experience in the practice of law and have a license in 2 states. i can work pro hoc vice (for the case) in any of the 50 states, but i will not litigate. i charge $75 an hour and do not charge for telephone conferences apart from long distance charges billed as costs. i am sensitive to the needs of members of the bdsm community and am capable of confidentiality as would be any attorney. i can be retained on a flat fee basis in some cases. please feel free to contact me if you feel i may be of asssistance and we will determine whether that is the case. sometimes, no attorney is necessary; other times a local attorney is necessary. but in many cases a bdsm-sensitive attorney is in the client's best interests. pleasuresyrene -- fem submissive -- Florida[/size[/size]]
