I am sure there are people here that get the question in the email they are tired of hearing or for that matter seeing. Yet For those of us that seek others what qualities have you found in a Sub or Dom that that are so rarely said here.

I for one (personally) don’t hear often about the romance, in BDSM, Romance is much more than being mushy. A Darkened room of candles and food with an erotic environment, with a beautiful sub (in mind and in body) would a gift for a Master or Mistress, who would respect and be Proud of experiencing in his/her life…

So if you have a rare desire or secret you could let out of the closet…why not share it here.

Dark desires?... hmmm... and is it rare?

I desire to be desired.

I would desire not to be viewed as a gift ... I would desire that what I have to offer not be seen as a gift... I would desire that a Man, see me as a woman first... because when they see the woman, they see the submissive that I am. I do not have the desire to be judge what I might offer, but on what I am capable of offering.

I desire knowledge.

I desire the beauty trust can be.

I desire to be a tool, and instrument of learning, and of teaching.

I need to be allowed desire. For without desire, I cannot be who I am.
And who I am is who he desires me to be.

The Owner likes to say I'm a tough cookie with a warm chewy center.

Personally, I gag when I read another poem about a "dominants eyes" or a "dominants voice" or "the gift" etc.

Romance is great, it's lovely, it's sweet, it's something to be wallowed in...but it's private for me. I rarely discuss it in public because it's an intimate thing for me.

Love generally has very little to do with making a relationship work long term.

Ah Dark~Angel you are a kindred spirit.

I agree DMarc, and I'm of a romantic frame of mind myself.

Most my BDSM related desires stem from the books I read and the pre-raphaelite paintings I saw as a child. It's up to us to make it live again.

I find the act of dominanting a woman to be incredibly romantic. I often feel my most tender towards a woman I love when I have her on her toes with my nipples pinched tight between my fingers, while looking deeply into her eyes and speaking softly and sweetly to her.

If anything I am a hopeless romantic.

I consider deeply whipping a woman one of the more intimate acts in a romantic relationship.

There's nothing i enjoy more (well..hardly more~grins) than romance -- both receiving and giving..it gives an outer shine to our souls, and lets the other person see how important they are to us...
